This class is for children ages 5 and up.  It is designed to promote social, emotional, motor skills, and body self awareness to children in the ASD spectrum.  Gymnastics is a fantastic sport to promote discipline, internal and external thought processing, and a fun and safe environment to improve physical well-being.  We ensure small student to coach ratios giving individualized attention to each child. With this in mind, space is limited.  Building stronger, healthier, and happier kids is our goal, so please come and try a free class on us.
